No Refund Policy 

At Mystic Rainn, we are dedicated to providing valuable and personalized services to our clients, including consultations and astrology reports. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our offerings, and we commit to delivering high-quality experiences.

However, please be aware that due to the nature of our services, which involve time, expertise, and personalized insights, we have implemented a strict no refund policy once a consultation has been completed or an astrology report has been submitted to the client.

Refund Exclusions:

1. Completed Consultations: Refunds will not be issued for consultations that have been conducted. We value the time and expertise invested in providing you with personalized guidance.
2. Submitted Astrology Reports: Once an astrology report has been delivered to the client, refunds cannot be processed. Our astrology reports are meticulously prepared, and efforts are made to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Consultation Cancellations: If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, please notify us at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Astrology Report Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an astrology report order before it has been prepared and delivered, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the report has been submitted, cancellations are not possible.

Exceptional Circumstances: In exceptional circumstances, Mystic Rainn reserves the right to consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Such circumstances may include technical errors, unforeseen issues, or other situations at the discretion of Mystic Rainn.
